Mucopolysaccharidosis VI (or Maroteaux-Lamy disease) is a form of mucopolysaccharidosis caused by a deficiency in arylsulfatase B (ARSB).[1]

It is named for Pierre Maroteaux and Maurice Lamy.[2][3]
